Hold your attention on the wound and breathe; talk to your body.

I’m giving myself permission that I do not like it here; I hate it at times.

I completely accept this – breathe, in and out. Breathe into the wound. There might be a tightness in the stomach or heart chakra. Breathe and repeat the words. As the wound releases, follow up with kind words for your wonderful being.

No one is going to harm you now. I love you so much; I will never harm myself again. I accept myself completely.
